Sales Marketing & Customer Relations Officer

Role Purpose

To bring customers, convert leads into contracts, manage relationships, and protect MJ Motors’ reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Acquisition

  • Generate and manage leads from Website, Social media, WhatsApp Business, Phone calls, Walk-ins

Referrals

  • Actively follow up all inquiries until conversion
  • Prepare quotations and explain full import process
  • Convert leads into signed contracts

Marketing & Brand Trust

  • Coordinate posting of Delivered vehicle photos and Customer testimonials
  • Encourage referrals from satisfied customers
  • Maintain customer lead database
  • Support promotions and offers

Customer Relationship Management

  • Collect customer documents.
  • Communicate shipment and clearance updates
  • Coordinate delivery confirmation
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints
